When you request a quote we collect the details you provide, your name, email, phone number, and information about your event, so we can prepare your quote and reply to your enquiry.

Your venue postcode is sent to the free postcodes.io service to estimate travel distance. We do not sell or share your personal details with third parties for marketing.

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting booking. To ask what we hold, or to have it deleted, email hello@minigolfclub.co.uk.
